Found, build, and lead the growth team to accelerate the adoption of Coinpanda to crypto users worldwide.

Your Opportunity

At Coinpanda, we’re building the industry-leading cryptocurrency portfolio and tax solution. Since we are a small team and a startup experiencing rapid growth, you’ll directly impact the shape, processes, and direction of all our growth-related activities. As our Head of Growth, you’ll be an integral part of Coinpanda’s strategy going forward by taking ownership of all growth strategies from idea to planning and execution. Working at Coinpanda will also rapidly grow your career within the crypto and Web3 industry.

You will

• Hire and manage our growth team of 2-3 people
• Work towards growth goals defined in collaboration with the leadership team
• Deploy a high-velocity experiment culture enabling 20+ growth experiments to be run per year to test, learn, and optimize
• High-cadence of improvements shipped to drive growth consistently
• Build industry-leading growth culture and infuse it into the DNA of Coinpanda

What’s it like working at Coinpanda?

We have minimal processes, and most of our time is spent working and collaborating asynchronously through tools like Slack, Trello, and Notion.
